Shipping & Returns
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and all international orders are shipped via DHL International Express. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. During sale and Christmas periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on public holidays. Full tracking details will be sent to customers when shipped. All customers are responsible for any import customs, duty or taxes. We provide hassle-free exchanges for any product in its original, unopened condition. We can accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note, all return requests must contact email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made.
